Are both of the following sentences correct?
This is the same wristwatch as I lost.
This is the same wristwatch that/which I lost.

I'm going to disagree with praj-baby. "As" can mean many things.

"This is the same wristwatch as I lost." I would not be surprised to hear that around here. It's short for "This is the same (kind of) wristwatch as the one I lost." It is highly colloquial, likely regional, and grammatically indefensible.
