This is the last time I have

Let's say we have stipulated a certain number of times for a certain action and I've just done that action for the final time.

Can I say:

"This is the final/last time that I've..."

I can't think of a situation in which this wording seems natural. I think I would find another way of saying it, such as "That's the last one", "I've finished now", "That's the last ... I'm going to do / I have to do", etc.
