This is the last address I have of him VS This is the last address of him I have

1. This is the last address I have of him.
2. This is the last address of him I have.

Please could you help me with this sentence? This first sentence sounds better to me (although I'm not native) but the second feels like the correct one.

Neither is particularly good, but I would say that 1 is better than 2. However, as a native English speaker, I would say: "This is the last address I have FOR him"..
