This is the first time + the past perfect

on the way to the English corner, I crossed my path with Anna and she asked me if I was going to the English corner. I told her "Yes, this is the first time I go to the English corner."

After this sentence coming out of my mouth, I was analyzing. The grammatical way to say that might be "This is the first time I've been to the English corner", however, I haven't been to the English corner. So this grammatical sentence wouldn't express this idea properly, would it?

Thanks a lot.
Then can I say "This will be my first time that I will have been to the English Corner"?
The rule is the first time + perfect, isn't it?

No, it is ungrammatical. Say" This will be my first time going there."

The subtle flaw in logic would pass unnoticed by most native speakers of English. I would probably have said the same thing even though it is not completely logical.
