This is the dog of mine.

I have only one dog and that is my duck.

Could anybody please correct it for me?
Please give me a better expression to the sentence if there are!

The sentence is correct but sounds rather redundant. It's clear that dog is yours. But for the sake of composing sentences it goes well.

I use "the".does it mean that there must have only one student in the centre?

'Tuition centre' has no meaning for me, but yes, 'the' would mean that you are the sole student.
