Hi teachers,

1. This is Jean. One person. What if two persons?
This is Jean and Joan or These are Jean and Joan.

2. Mr. and Mrs. Smith are nice.
Mr. and Mrs. Smith is nice.

3. This is the Smith family. It lives next door or they live next door.
