The table shows the proportion of females and males aged 15 and aged 75 from 1991 to 2001 in the UK.

My essay:

The bar chart shows the statics of males and females at the age of 15 and 75 in the UK during the year 1991,1961 and 2011.

At first glance, it is clear that the number of residents in the UK experienced dramatically increase from 36.070.364 million to 56.065.700 million. In addition, the percentage of people aged 15 represented a significant decrease, while there was a gradual growth in that of the age group 75.

Looking at the information in detail, Females aged 15 and 75 were likely to hold a lion’s share in 1991, with 335.730 and 47.351 respectively. Afterward, the static for females who are 15 gave a modest fall, about 2030 million between 1991 and 2011 ( 335.730 compared to 333.700). In contrast, the female's population at 75 years old soar rocket about 5 times in 1961 with 254.900 million, before representing a decline in 2011, finishing at 210.100 million.

Regarding males aged 15, beginning with 334.241 million in 1991 and this figure kept growing up to 354.400 million in 2011. For males of 75 years of age, there was a steep rise from 1991 and 1961, over 126.180 million. Subsequently, this trend just grew up gradually until 2011, around 21.000 million (160.200 compared to 181.300).
