Question: The three pie charts below show the changes in annual spending by a particular UK school in 1981, 1991 and 2001.Summaries the information by selecting and reporting thee main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie charts illustrate some striking features of alteration in a UK school's consumption in three main different years including 1981, 1991 and 2001.

At first glance it is clear that the payment for school's staffs covered the greatest part of the budget while the Insurance was the smallest one.
The spending for employees' s salaries including teachers and other workers had the largest figure in three years with 58 percent in 1981, 72 percent in 1991 and 60 percent in 2001 respectively, meanwhile, the Teacher's salaries had at least nearly a half in total consumption. A modest amount of money was spent for Furniture and Equipment (15%) in 1981 which was followed by a very small number in 1991, but had more concentration in 2001 with 23 percentage.
The Insurance was noticed by the smallest proportion with at most 8% in 2001. The minority was consumed by the Resources (e.g., book) which accounted for 15% in 1981, 20% in 1991 and 9% in 2001 respectively.
