This is my very first post

The use of social media is replacing face-to-face interaction among many people in society. Do you think the advantages outweigh the advantages?

Nowadays, technology changes the way we used to contact with each other. Conversations between individuals are replaced by the development of social media. In my opinion, I think that this brings more harm than good.

First of all, it is better to learn the negative aspect of social media. People nowadays tend to spend so much time chatting with others, rather than talking to each other in face to face interaction. If you went to a random restaurant, you would see that people who were sitting in the same table but instead of talking to each other, they were continually swapping their iPhone. Some of them appears to be very outgoing on the internet but in real life they are shy and that always freak out when it comes to talk to people.

However, it's just like two side of a coin. Social media has massive advantages that we can not deny. When the covid-19 pandemic spread out, laws have been provided to build up social distancing. Due to that, every nation in the world is now facing big crisis. Economics continually went downward and so did the mortality rate. Social media which cames up as an alternative to reduce the impact of the virus. Thanks to internet, we can contact to each other and then create a way to maintain business and education

In conclusion, I think the advantages of social media in interaction is outweigh the disadvantages but it is our duty to reduce the negative aspect of it and fully take advantage of social media.
