Hi all, what does"this is my share of the kill" mean in the sentences:"People are people. It is true today, it was true ten years ago, and it was probably not much different ten thousand years before that: “After all I did to put this hunt together and make it a success, this is my share of the kill? You call that fair?!".
Could you transform it/ simplify it?
It's from Stone Douglas's book called Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most.
