This is my letter.please help me fix grammatical

Regarding the article at COLUMBUS,OHIO october 28 about a truck from the Met- ropolian Armored Car Company sped down the highway its back door blew open , and bags of money fell onton the road. My opinion is that the motorist should return to money
first of all, A money lying on the street when picked up should be returned to the frantic owner. The money does not belong to you so they have no right to keep it . If they keep it , they feeling anxious,fear and may be they have sleepless nights . the cash was insured and belonged to local the banks becase this amount is very difficult use to.

Secondly. If they keep it ,they will be condemned by society. If they keep that money , they will be considered thief. Imagine they were in the place of that owner and someone did not return the money own lost. it is very likely that they will make lose their jobs and so on.

Finally, I think they should return the money to owner. Pay back to lost money people . we will avoid hurting them
