This is my IELTS task 1 (01-02-20), can someone give me feedbacks?
The two given pie charts set out proportions and the trends of three job's sectors in two unspecified towns, called A and B respectively, over the given period of 50 years from 1960 to 2010.
From an overall perspective, manufacturing's percentages in both towns enjoyed downward trends, while service-related jobs, albeit milder in 1960, had an upturn over the years. Sale occupation has its statistics fluctuated throughout the given period.
In 1960, workers in factories dominant for both towns (A and B) with 41% and 70% respectively. The two shared the same rankings of proportions when sales accounted for 30% and 20% sequentially, leading to service jobs being the least to have workers(29% and 10% consequently).
In 2010, an impressive upturn happened for service jobs' percentages in town A by having a twofold leap to 64%. Therefore, workers in the sectors of sales and manufacturing dropped hard, with 16% and 20% respectively. However, albeit the pattern shifted in town A, town B only had a slight change. With a marginal reduction of 17% for manufacturing-related jobs, this sector was still the most prevalent occupation with 53%. Sales' statistic shows 22% and service jobs accounted for 25% of the pie chart.
