Answer the following questions in English within the provided space.

In your opinion, what makes an active learner?
What have you found most useful in the Active learning strategies sections?
I think an active learner knows why to learn, how to learn effectively, and what action to take.
Firstly, you should know the reason why you want to learn. When you see the purpose related to your benefit, you will have the inspiration to get your purpose. For example, if you want to study to get a scholarship, you will have the motivation to study harder to achieve it.
Secondly, you should know how to learn effectively with active learning skills. You can’t learn all of that information just by reading over time, you need to use active study strategies such as reading actively, taking notes, mind mapping, predicting essay questions, participating in study groups, and self-testing to learn the material. These strategies help you activate your prior knowledge, identify the key information, check your understanding of it, and form connections within the material.
Thirdly, you should take action to bring your goal come true. You should make a clear plan, which is a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily plan so that you know what you need to do each day to come closer to your goal. You should form a habit, a stable schedule to follow your plan every day.
In conclusion, active learners talk and listen, write, read, and reflect on what they are learning. Getting actively involved in your learning is the first step toward succeeding in college and life.
In the active learning strategies sections, I've learned so many things useful but the most useful method for me is bloom taxonomy. Bloom's taxonomy is a set of hierarchical models used to classify educational learning objectives into levels of complexity and specificity. The framework consisted of six major categories: Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, Synthesis, and Evaluation. That helps me know what level I am in absorbing knowledge, then I can study more to deeply understand and apply it to my life. When I study the word “success”, I first remember its definition and pronunciation, understand it by knowing its word family, synonyms, and antonyms. I applying it by making a sentence. I analyze to know there are another two types of success besides being rich and famous, which are Relationship Success, Developmental Success. Then I evaluate it by comparing it to failure, to know failure isn’t unsuccessful because it teaches you how to do better, how to reach your potential. Finally, I can apply it to my life. To become successful, I will take any chance to study, to help other people, to experience, to fail so that I can develop my potential, contribute to this life, and make my existence worthy. Bloom taxonomy helps me not only understand the word outside but deeply about its meaning to apply to my life. The framework also helps me as a lifelong learner because I can actively study everything I want and be good at. To sum up, Bloom taxonomy is a very helpful study skill for me to become an active learner and life-long learner, to develop myself at the best.
