It is the poorest nursing home in Xuzhou, accommodating many old citizens without children and income.
• Assisted the workers to take care of the normal life of the old citizens during my spare time
• Proposed and helped the nursing home to raise fund .Nearly ten thousand yuan was collected with my effort by propagating in both campus and SNS(Renren and Weibo)

• Founded the association and held the first MUN in China University of Mining and Technology

Before I took it over, Cai Wei English Club had been forced to close down because of its slight influence.
• Absorbed over 400 members by creating a membership system
• Created two brand activities “English Interesting Week” and “Western ball”, both were awarded as “the Best Activities on Campus” and were absorbed into “the Campus Cultural Festival”
• Obtained the fund supported by some companies: Global Education, New Oriental School, and Suhe Bar
