This is because

I studied programing because I thought it would be necessary for my future.

While my friends disliked programing, I dedicated myself to learning it.
This is because I thought it would be necessary for my future.

Do they have about the same structure?(If my senteces are correct.)

(I = subject, studied = verb, programing = object, because = conjunction)
(This = subject, is = verb, because = conjunction)

I mean 'because I thought it would be necessary for my future' cannot be a complement clause, right?

I am not sure about your second sentence, "this is because" doesn't sound well to me in this context. I'd just join the last two sentences: «I dedicated myself to learning it because I thought it would be necessary for my future».
