This has happened to everyone how to explain

Could you tell me how this could correctly be said?
When trying to turn to the back end of the binder, dont attempt to turn all the pieces of paper at once. Turn them all in a few goes so that the rings don't open and papers come flying out.

If you don't punch all the papers together in one go/ at a time, the holes won't be aligned. Yesterday when I was transferring papers from one binder to another, I found that the holes weren't aligned so I ended up transfering 1 page at a time instead of all 30 pages at a time /once.

Thank you

Here is how I would word this: When trying to turn to the back of the binder, don't attempt to turn all the pages at once. Turn them a few at a time so that the rings don't open and the sheets come flying out. If you don't punch all the papers at the same time, their holes won't be aligned.
