this happened to me how to explain

Could you help me get my point across? What would I have to change?

If you don't hole punch all the piece together/in one go/at a time, the holes won't be aligned. Yesterday I found myself transferring one binder to another. The holes weren't aligned so while trying to fit the the loops in the holes, I would lose the holes. So I ended up transfering 1 page at a time and couldn't do 30 pages at a time.

Thank you

If you don't hole punch all the papers together in one go at a time , the holes won't be aligned. Yesterday when I found myself was transferring papers from one binder to another , I found that t he holes weren't aligned , so while trying to fit the the loops in the holes, I would lose the holes. So I ended up transfering 1 page at a time and couldn't do instead of all 30 pages at a time once .
