Can you please explain what is "break out of" this cycle?
It's about a couple that has problems in their relationship.
I hear that you need me but I'm caught in this cycle that I can't break out of… I don't know… I don't know what to do. I used to know what to do for us and with us but… it's different now

The person wants to stop the back and forth nature of the relationship, but s/he is having difficulty leaving the relationship. The cycle of breaking up and getting back together again is too much and the person wants to end it. The thing is that it is too hard to do it.
Usually we use "break out of" in the physical sense like a prisoner might break out of jail, escaping.
