hi.

A girl was sitting in a classroom, taking an exam.suddenly she raised her hand and said:"I am thirst"(In exactly 4 syllables, 3 eperated words)

"I am thirsty" is fine. Did you think there's something wrong with it?

Maybe students don't say that to their teacher normally.I don't know, maybe they ask 'may I go out', etc?

Well, you're right, it's a bit odd to say in the middle of an exam. "May I go get a drink of water?" would be more likely.
