Third person singular in imperative

I am wondering if there is a list of instructions follows a sentence pointing to a person (he/she), should the list be using third person singular verb with's'?

For example.

The mother shall ensure that the daugther complies with the following:

  • Go to bed before 10 pm.
  • Eat one apple per day.
  • Do 30 min exercise per day.
