Third person

I have to write a paper, and it needs to be in "third person" point of view. I remember this from high school, but I am not sure how it goes. Would I talk in.. for example, words like one, one self, him her he she or what? thank you!!!

In third-person PoV, use "he, she, and they", and do not use "I or we". You're an out-of-story narrator. If you use "I or we", it's called first-person PoV.
