I think you mean the noun 'payment', not the adjective 'payable'. Please see my comments in your other thread.

Thanks, Clive. I've already read the other thread, but I'm askig a different question (about a usage of 'payable'). I think #1 and #2 are CORRECT but #3 and #4 are WRONG. Do you native speakers agree with me?
