third loan payable

Would you let me know whether the following sentences are right or wrong, and explain why?

#1. The company’s third loan payable to ABC Bank is created on Friday. (O/X)
#2. The company’s third loan payable to ABC Bank is expected on Friday. (O/X)
#3. The company’s third loan payable is created on Friday. (O/X)
#4. The company’s third loan payable is expected on Friday. (O/X)

Thanks in advance.

I think you mean the noun 'payment', not the adjective 'payable'. Please see my comments in your other thread.

Thanks, Clive.
I've already read the other thread, but I'm askig a different question (about a usage of 'payable').
I think #1 and #2 are CORRECT but #3 and #4 are WRONG.
Do you native speakers agree with me?

Please provide a little context, similar to the one I outlined in the other thread.
