Which one is correct? what is the difference among them?

These are correct:

2) What do you think about Mr. Smith?

What is the difference among them?-- #1 asks for a briefer, more general response than #2, so A1 is the better choice for this dialogue.

#1 and #2 are both OK and mean more or less the same thing. To ask for someone's general opinion about someone I theoretically prefer #1, but in conversation I'd probably be just as likely to use #2.

#3 and #4 are not natural to me in the context you're intending.
