Think & Consider???

Could you pick up wrong sentences among the following ones I've made?

[1]I think him kind.
[2]I think him a kind man.
[3]I consider him kind.
[4]I consider him a kind man.

I want to check the difference between usages of "consider" and "think". Couldn't you indicate which one is wrong and correct it for me?
