Write down three things you imagine will have happened.

[You] - a subject (an implied one); a pronoun;

Write down - a predicator; a verb (phrasal one);

three things you imagine will have happened - a direct object; a subordinate that-clause where:

three things you imagine - a subject; a noun phrase;

will have happened - a predicator; a verb [intransitive (unaccusative?) one].
