Things here mean some things?

Hi. I think the underlined part "things we had discussed in our previous meeting" means the same as "some things we had discussed in our previous meeting"? Am I correct or incorrect? Thank you for your help in advance.

We again discussed things we had discussed in our previous meeting.

You are probably correct, but there is the possibility that it means ' all the things'.

Right. In English you are not required to use the indefinite plural determiner 'some' (the plural of 'a / an'). That is the default meaning of an unmodified plural with no determiner.

Kim had carrots at dinner.
We planted trees beside the house.
Paper and pencils
