Thing a teen would say in school

Something a teen may say for a script please...

Let’s say from a scale of 1-10, how cute is this boy

Are both of these correct?

He’s towards the lower half of the scale.

He’s uglier than she is cute.

He’s closer to the bottom of the scale than the top.

Thanks
