King Ralph has gone on a pheasant hunt. One of his servants points to him the birds.
'Here they are, Your Majesty. They're over.'(Over there?)

After the last sentence King Ralph shoots at the swarm of birds.

It could mean that the birds are above, up there. over seems an odd substitute for above, but maybe this is from a source where such a substitute is plausible?
