"They need to win tomorrow" -> Can it be rephrased to ... and Should the future tense be used?

"They need to win tomorrow."
(from the Oxford Online Dictionary: https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/need) If "win" is used as a noun, can the sentence be rephrased to: "They need win (noun) tomorrow."? If so, should the future tense be used: "They will need win tomorrow."? Thanks for your help.
