Hi

Could you please tell me if the following sounds natural to you, especially the yellow parts? Any suggestions are welcome.

They moved from room to room and finally came into the balcony that looked over the endless sea. The cool wind blowing into Aziz's face felt great. There was a clear admiration in his eyes for the flat, and brightness in the state agent’s.



“So how many rooms altogether?” he asked for the third time turning towards the agent.



What the hell have you been doing for the past 20 minutes!



“Three bedrooms and one drawing and dining,” the fat man spoke softly. “I think of all the three houses we saw today, this is the best, both in condition and rent-wise.”



“True,” Aziz answered vaguely. “I’m sure Anita will also like it. Let me show it to her this evening and then I will give you a final answer.”



“As you wish - I’m also sure your wife is going to like it, especially the kitchen and the lounge.” His proud tone let Aziz wonder if he was the Architect.

Mister Micawber, I think there is a bit of a cultural difference again. In Pakistan (and perhaps in India) lounge and kitchen are NEVER included in the number of the rooms a house has. Many old schools are still in favour of the kitchen and washrooms being out in the yard and are dead set against attached washrooms or American kitchens. Here in Pakistan, we call thos
