Could you please tell me if this dialogue is natural? Any suggestions are welcome.

(they = owners of the mall)

A - Did you hear that they've introduced new parking charges in their own basement? A good amount!

B- Absurd. The reaction/retaliation will be that many people will park outside the mall and not in the basement, jamming the street.
