They ask to you

Hi, I´m trying to write something.

A guy is feeling down. One from his group of friends comes to visit him and says, "the guys ask to you."

I could write, "the guys ask me about you." But can you say the other thing too? Cause to me it sounds perfectly fine, but I've search through google and couldn't find that exact constellation.

Thank you in advance.

No, we don't say ask to you. You can say ask about you , or more idiomatically ask after you.
