Thesis title

Hi!
I'm an italian student and I'm currently writng my graduation thesis in english. The title of my thesis will be: "How do Basel Committee announcements affect banks stock prices?". What I'm not sure about is whether I have to use saxon genitive after the word "banks". I know it is a quite stupid question, but since this will be the title of my thesis, I don't want to write it wrong.
Thank you,
Filippo
