Here's my vote; 1) OK 2) OK 3) OK. However, I guess you meant "I want to help you" which is similar to "I would like to help you". your sentence (I like to help you) refers to a habit.

I would like to refer to the third sentence

For me, I would use "I like helping you" instead of "I like to help you", though their meaning is the same.

if you want to express an intention to help, then " I would like to help you" is appropriate.
