Could you please teach me which word I should use these or those in the following context?

The front entrance will automatically lock from 9 AM to 12 noon.
When entering this building during these/those hours, please unlock the door by yourself.

'These' is OK, too. (The hours seem strange for an entrance to lock, though. I would think that would happen at night.)
