As Annvan says, it should be "This information". "Information" is an uncountable noun.

I'd say 'These information'. I might be mistaken, but I think 'information' is a mass noun, or whatever it is called, and it can be made singular by using the expression 'a piece of information'. To me it sounds similar to 'data', but 'data' has its singular form, which is 'datum'.

Anyone who made fun of you for saying "data" instead of "information" is severely lacking in manners as well as common sense and is more concerned about being "right" than being accurate. If you retrieve a specific piece of information - one little fact - I consider that a bit of "data."
