These elided parts correct?

Hi. Please help. Would you say the elided word and phrases in the following situations are correct? I think for no. 1, the part elided is "who were" after the word "officials." And for no. 2, the parts elided are "were" after the word "children" and the phrase "for conducts" after the word "rebuked." Thank you in advance.

1. (subheading that might appear in an outline)
4. The officials rebuked for their misconducts

2. The adults were condemned for their conducts and the children rebuked.

There is no way of judging without seeing the whole outline, since the various headings must be parallel in format; however, I suggest that you may want to do this: Officials rebuked for misconduct Adults condemned for conduct and children rebuked

Hi. Thank you. The no. 2 example sentence wasn't part of an outline but just a regular sentence, and I was asking whether we could elide the word "were" and the phrase "for their conducts" for the second clause that comes after the coordinate conjunction "and." So if written fully, the example sentence would be "The adults were condemned for their conducts and the children were rebuked for

First, please correct 'conduct'; it is, as I have already shown you, uncountable.

I am sorry. I thought the word "conduct" was a variable noun. Anyway, as corrected, the sentence stands:

2. The adults were condemned for their conduct and the children rebuked.
I didn't make the additional changes you recommended in your response to my first post since, as I mentioned previously, it wasn't meant to be part of an outline. Thank you again in advance.

OK, then:

2. The adults were condemned for their conduct and the children rebuked.

The structure works, but it is ambiguous as to why the children were rebuked.
