These are/They are

Hello,

could you tell me whether "these are" is used correcly in this sentence? How about "they are"? Are these two interchangeable?

"Women dream often about babies, other women and weddings but these are not always nice dreams"

Thank you

Thank you Mister!
I've noticed that you corrected my mistake with the position of "often" in the sentence. Does "often" always follow the verb?

Actually, I didn't change it, but perhaps I should have. Both positions are OK, but this is the usual:

Women often dream about babies, other women and weddings, but these are not always pleasant dreams.
