These 3 sentences have tense problem, I can't put my finger on it

Could you help me with the tenses in these 3 sentences?
  • There are more fluent speaking people in this country than there. /more fluent speakers than...
  • I hate keeping him waiting.
  • He's the person I like seeing lose the most as he gets really mad.
  • I'd rather it dragged on the floor than you stained it. (it doesn't make much sense but in context it would, how would you say it, isn't there a tense problem?)
