Could you tell me which one is right between 'there' and 'to there' in the following sentence? Thank you in advance.
There is an isolated farmhouse in the mountains. The only access [ there / to there ] is to go right along this road for several miles.
The noun "Access" is often followed by the preposition "to" specially in this context. com/definition/access

I wouldn't include the preposition.
That aside, the whole sentence doesn't read well. I'd say:
This road is the only way to get there.
