THERE/THEIR

A co-worker sent an email out, and I think he used the wrong there/their. He said THEIR is only used when pertaining to persons, so his use of THERE was correct. See below....

As per our pervious discussion, I would like to have any credits on account that are open reimbursed via check. The following are a list of all credits not taken as of today, grouped by there order reason.
