There's or there are?

I'm not an expert at it, but I don't think there's really any typing techniques your hands will gradually learn to flow on the keyboard effortlessly after long periods of practice when you reach to the high speeds say 60 and up.

And also, did I use the dash correctly? If not, what should I use there? because I don't want to end the sentence with a period as the thoughts are related.

Therefore, it should be "...don't think there are..."

No need for the words 'at it' and 'really'.

The sentence reads better as:

I'm not an expert , but I don't think there are any typing techniques.
