I don't know if it would be fine if I say, While eating together, Dad and Mom talked to each other, using foul language. Could you suggest any expression any other expression, perhaps an adverb, for using foul language, which can make the sentence shorter?

Is While eating together, Dad and Mom talked obscenely to each other about drugs grammatically acceptable?

That is fine, but I don't see what it has to do with conversations about drugs—that is the odd part.

But, fivejedjon, would it be OK if I add the phrase about illegal drugs at the end of the sentence Dad and Mom used foul language when they talked to each other? I really have to mention in the sentence the topic of their conversation which is illegal drugs.
