Grammar

There's not, [like a TV] inside?

Rick: The room has nothing but a bed.
Ben: That's it? Just a bed? There's not, like a TV inside?

I don't think here "like" is a simple filler, and "like a TV" seems to me like a nominal phrase.
So I'd like to know here what role "like" plays.
Thank you in advance for your help.
