There will be 3 programmes

Hi,

Question:
1) Do I use "programme" correctly?
2) Is there any more suitable word?

Background:
I am responsible for arranging a party.
I planned 3 things for the party which are dancing, eating and games.

Sentence:
I finished the plan for the party. There will be 3 programmes.

Note:
Programme = plan of what is (intended) to be done.

Thanks
