There vs. Out There

Hello,

Please advise on the following.

1. If I were on phone and asked the person on the other line the below questions, what is the difference between them?

A. Is everything alright there?
B. Is everything alright out there?

2. Does sentence B literally mean that the person on the other line is somewhere outdoor, whereas A doesn't tell anything about location?

3. Which is more commonly said by native speakers between A and B if there's no difference?

Thank you.
