there typo/slang/meaning

Hi, on the Internet there are many examples for sentences like that:
"Well no there not the same person."

Is this a typo (auto correction?) for they're? Or slang for they're? Or do I misunderstand the meaning and there is correct (what is the meaning in this case?)?

It is a mistake. They're or they are would be correct here.
