THERE or NO THERE PLEASE HELP

Could you please tell me if you would leave it out or not and if it's grammatical?

1 How many people are (there) before you.
2 There is no need for (there to be) 2 people to do the job. The job only requires one person.

How would you say this sentence please?

1 I can't be far (away) from you for that long. I'll miss you.

Thank you

Leave it out or not? ... Both uses of "there" are correct, with or without "there". But it's best to make it simple and leave out the words that you put in parentheses, especially in your second sentence.

Same thing with your last example, both are correct. Most commonly, in conversation I might say "far away". But formally, or poetically, I would leave out "away".
