There is/are many homework? He does not have/ has...? Thanks!

Hello everybody, I want to ask some grammar questions.

1) 'There is many homework.' OR 'There are many homework.' IS CORRECT?

[I know that homework is an uncountable noun, so I should use is or are in this situation.

2) 'I want to ask you some questions.' OR 'I have some questions want to ask you.' IS CORRECT?

[Is the latter one grammatically wrong?]

3) 'He does not have....' OR 'He does not has...' IS CORRECT?

Thank you very much for your sincere help!
