Grammar

There is/ There are ...

Hi guys!!
I've a little problem with this grammar point.

Could I say " There is an oven, a stove and a sink in the kitchen."

Or I would say " There are an oven, a stove and a sink in the kitchen."

Thanks a lot for answering my question :">
